Are you in search of a fun, accessible approach to fitness/movement? Are you tired of feeling ostracized by straight gym bros? Do you want to hang out and get sweaty with hot gay people in your area? Well, we might have just the event for you! Author, poet, and personal trainer extraordinaire ES Strauss (he/they) will be leading a queer fitness class in Prospect Park on Sunday, October 11th at 12pm (second Sunday of the month)! This will be a very basic beginner class designed to optimize good feelings all around. All bodies welcome, just bring a beach towel and a water bottle! No worries if you just want to watch, voyeurs are more than welcome ;)
