Jukebox Turns Ten

It’s our tenth season of Jukebox, and we’re playing hits, deep cuts, and new pieces - all randomly selected for a wholly unique program. As we celebrate a decade of Jukebox, this fall's series will feature wholly unique programs at our three stops, as we’ll be selecting pieces on the spot each evening. Drawing from music we’ve performed over nine years of concerts (while adding some new pieces to the roster), there will be 16 different possible selections to choose from. You’ll hear heavy hitters of string quartet music like Beethoven and Bach, modern compositions from Jessie Montgomery and Caroline Shaw, solos, duos, and music that spans the myriad different styles and genres you’ve come to expect from our Jukebox quartet. With the help of the audience, the program will be decided by chance as eight pieces are picked from our “jukebox” to perform. Every night will be one of a kind – it’s a game where we don’t know exactly what’s coming! Don’t miss out as we celebrate ten years of this fun, eclectic, and intimate concert series.
