No Kings Primal Scream at Waterfront Park

Five breaths. Three screams. One lake. A free primal scream at Waterfront Park on No Kings Day. Bring everything you’re carrying. Leave it on the lake. Join us at the water’s edge in Waterfront Park for five minutes of release on No Kings Day. • We write down what’s weighing on us. • We breathe together five times. • Then we scream at the lake three times, the last one the loudest. • We close in silence and thank each other. Arrive by 11:50. Bring a scrap of paper and a pen if you want to write down what's weighing you down. It’s free and open to everyone. Screaming is optional, and breathing along counts. Be kind. Be considerate. Bring your people. ____ Inspired by Scream Club Chicago on the shore of Lake Michigan.
