Advanced Macaron Decorating Class

Join us for a fun Advanced Macaron Decorating Hands-on Class where you'll learn the secrets to creating bakery worthy macarons! DESCRIPTION Ready to transform beautiful macarons into Edible Works of Art? Taught by Rita Ng, owner of Boston Bonbon, participants will be guided through the process of advancing your Macaron making techniques to the next level! Our Advanced Macarons Decorating class is designed for bakers who already know the basics and want to master stunning decorative techniques that will make every batch stand out. CLASSES INCLUDE: • A real hands-on session! • In this hands-on class, you'll learn professional decorating methods including working with sprinkles and edible inks, creating colorful designs, and piping fun specialty shapes. You'll leave with the skills and confidence to create bakery-worthy macarons that are perfect for celebrations, gifts, and impressing family and friends. • Each participant will decorate his/her own macarons in a group environment (12 macarons) and take them home! Please note: This class is focused on decorating techniques and does not cover the fundamentals of making macaron shells or fillings. If you're new to macarons or would like to learn our signature recipes, techniques, and troubleshooting tips, we recommend taking our Intro to Macarons class first. Participants typically work in pairs during class. If you purchase a single ticket, you may be paired with another guest, making it a fun and collaborative learning experience. Our kitchen is conveniently located at 103 Ripley Road, Cohasset MA 02025 — just 20 minutes from Quincy! • If participants are under 18 years of age, and without accompanying parents, please notify us ahead of time via email at [email protected]. We will need to send you a form to fill out some basic contact information. In the case that the form is not filled out, Boston Bonbon is automatically granted the parental consent that their child can attend our class without an accompanying parent. • A 100% refund, less a $20 service fee, will be given if the refund is asked no later than 7 days before the class. No refunds will be issued otherwise unless the class is canceled by Boston Bonbon. In this event, 100% of the class cost will be refunded. Note: Eventbrite does not refund its fees when issuing refunds (full or partial) to the original form of payment. Refunds issued as Eventbrite credit to be used in a future Boston Bonbon class will include fees. • If the class was purchased using our gift certificates, no refund will be issued if participants cancel with less than 7 days notice before the class.
