Trinity Mouzon will be discussing her new book: "Eating at Home: The Nurturing Patience of Everyday Cooking" Join us for an intimate evening in conversation with Trinity Mouzon Wofford and Cynthia Graber. There will be an active discussion and ample time for Q&A with opportunities to get your book signed! About the Book From the publisher: In Trinity Mouzon Wofford’s home, meals are more than just a bite to eat—they’re everyday moments to connect, ground, and nourish. We’ve never been so collectively starved for moments of pause, and Eating at Home is a manifesto for taking pleasure in the act of cooking—and more than that, pleasure in the act of taking time to enjoy your food. The key to cooking the stuff that’s in your fridge is cutting back on the decision fatigue. When you begin with a loaded pantry of ready-made components—what Trinity calls “component cooking”—you’re never more than a breezy assembly away from a full meal on the table, even on your busiest days. Eating at Home is a simple reminder that our most treasured moments are happening every day if we allow ourselves the time to acknowledge them. With gentle, unhurried recipes, techniques that are easy and forgiving, and sidebars with advice for bringing wellness practices into quotidian moments, Eating at Home is an invitation to pause, reflect, and enjoy your food. About the Speakers Trinity Mouzon Wofford Author, speaker and entrepreneur Trinity Mouzon Wofford lives in the Hudson Valley, near her fourth-generation hometown in Upstate New York. In 2017, she founded Golde, the category-defining wellness brand known for its matcha and turmeric blends. Her debut cookbook, Eating at Home, is a manifesto for returning to the family table in a culture that’s bent on rushing right through. Trinity is an advocate for localization across our food and community systems, prioritizing small actions of the everyday to build a more human-scaled world. 📝 Visit her website: https://www.trinitymouzon.com/ 📸 Follow along on Instagram: @trinitymouzon Cynthia Graber Friend of the shop, and fantastic curator of chit chat, Cynthia Graber is co-host/co-founder of the internationally popular and acclaimed podcast Gastropod, about the science and history of food.
