We’ll begin with a guided strength workout you can do at your own pace. Then we’ll open Scripture, pray together, and take unhurried time for guided journaling with Kingdom Come Co. You’ll also get to grab a coffee from Cynnamon Cafe and check out the new activewear launch from OHOS. What to wear Come in workout-ready neutrals if you’d like to join the color theme. Think cream, tan, taupe, mocha, and chocolate brown. Come solo or invite a friend to come too. Whether it’s your first time lifting or you train every week, there’s a place for you here.
