November Theme: "What We Carry" Some things we carry quietly: the weight of the week, old stories, things we haven't said out loud. What We Carry is an evening to set a little of that down. The Therapeutic Poetry Sessions are more than an open mic. Each night is built around a theme. We open with a welcome and a story from your host, then move through guided discussion and creative expression. You can share a poem, write something of your own, or just listen. There's no pressure to perform, and every way of being in the room is welcome.
