Little Loop Circuit Hike #16 - Crystal Springs TH to Akron 26

We turn North to travel 10.9 miles along the Towpath, from NEW Massillon 1 to Akron 26. • All Little Loop Circuit Hikes will be scheduled for the first Saturday of the month, except where noted. • All events are free and will be posted to Eventbrite. Please sign up and look for details of the meeting place here. If you are unable to attend, please withdraw your name on Eventbrite so we know we don’t need to look for you. • Meeting times will be 8:30 am each hike. We will meet at the endpoint, then take half the cars to the start point. We will hike back to the endpoint, when those that left cars there will shuttle the others back to their cars. • Be prompt. We will leave for the start point at 8:30. If you are running a few minutes late, please call me at (330) 550-2322. If you are more than a few minutes late, be prepared to catch up to the group from the start point. • We will hike rain or shine, but not in dangerous weather. Please check your email the morning of every hike for last minute details or cancellations. • I am a medium paced hiker. My usual road pace is 3 mph and my off road pace is 2 mph. Please don't feel like you have to wait for me if you are faster or keep up with me if you are slower. We all have to meet at the endpoint anyway to shuttle back to the cars, so hike your own hike. • Most of the hikes are around 10 miles. If you need help staging your car for a shorter hike, please let me know in advance. Only you can decide where you want to leave your car, but I am sure we can help you get to the start of the hike. • By attending a hike, you recognize and agree that you are responsible for your own welfare.
