Together, we’ll explore: • What Ayurveda is and how it functions as a complete system of balance • The Five Elements and the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) • The gunas (Sattva, Rajas, Tamas) and their influence on the mind • Prakruti (your natural constitution) and Vikruti (current imbalance) • Foundational Ayurvedic anatomy, physiology, and subtle energetics • Daily rhythm, nutrition, and lifestyle principles (Ahara & Vihara) • Guided reflection to support self-awareness and real-life application This module is experiential, reflective, and designed for practical integration.
