This 75-minute paddle board yoga experience takes place on Shine’s private lake, where movement, breath, and balance come together in a way that can’t be replicated on land. It’s grounding, a little playful, and designed for all levels. No prior experience with paddle boarding or yoga is needed—just a willingness to try something new. Each session begins with a brief orientation on land before moving onto the water, where you’ll be guided through gentle movement, moments of stillness, and an exploration of balance in a supportive, small-group setting.
