Pilates in the Barn at Southgate Farm!

We'll be bringing the Pilates studio to the barn for a special mat Pilates class surrounded by the charm of the farm. This 40-minute beginner-friendly class is designed to help you move, strengthen, stretch, and unwind in a fun and welcoming atmosphere. No Pilates experience? No problem!
