Join Jackie + Zoe for a body relaxing, soul rejuvenating sound bath while receiving individual reiki healing. Join us in the Healing Strides wellness space for an immersive relaxing sound bath led by Jackie with reiki by Zoe. Every body is welcome. Sound bath + reiki benefits can include: • reducing stress + anxiety • reset the vagus nerve • promotes bloodflow • increases healing of cells (neural entrainment) • balancing of nervous systems • centering + grounding • so much more! Please bring any of the following to maximize your comfort: a yoga mat, blanket(s), water, or pillows. Extra blankets will also be available.
