Get up close with Honeybees! With 5 hives on property, Pinelawn’s Master Beekeeper will explain the importance of these marvelous insects. You're invited to a fun and educational day at Pinelawn Memorial Park and Arboretum as we welcome Master Beekeeper Steve Chen for a special event all about honeybees — nature’s tiny superheroes! Pinelawn hosts 5 bee hives on property, housing over 500,000 honey bees that play a vital role in pollinating various gardens, trees and shrubs in our community. Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to each scheduled session. Upon check-in, families will be able to participate in the bee craft.
