Sunrise Meditation

Held on the first Sunday of each month, this guided experience creates space to slow down, breathe deeply, reflect, and reconnect with yourself before stepping into the week ahead. Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are welcome to come exactly as you are. Each session may include guided meditation, mindful breathing, gentle reflection, and intentional moments of silence—all centered around creating greater clarity, grounding, gratitude, and inner balance.
