Through reflection, conversation, and guided hypnosis, this evening invites you to explore the metaphysical, consciousness, and the higher self with curiosity. The heart of the evening will be a guided Higher Self hypnosis, offering you an opportunity to connect with an expanded aspect of yourself and receive whatever insight, perspective, or experience is meaningful to you. You don't need to have a particular belief system to do this work. You simply need to be willing to wonder.
