Come join us for our first pitching clinics of the 2026-27 - let's get tuned up and ready to go! Our weeknight clinics are back and better! Whether you're a beginner looking for the basics, or have some experience in the circle - this is the place for YOU on Wednesday nights this September! P lease be sure to bring your own catcher and ball to pitch with. Should there be inclement weather, all orders will be refunded. Please reach out to me directly with any questions regarding our sessions - [email protected] SESSION ONE - INTRO TO PITCHING - 5-6PM Session One will be targeted towards our beginner level pitchers who are just beginning their pitching journey and are looking to build a solid foundation. During these four weeks we will focus on putting together a solid foundation of mechanics through mobility work, functional movement patterns, and plenty of drills. Each athlete will leave with a better understanding of "how-to" pitch, a solid warm up and pregame routine, along with drills to continue to build on throughout their season. SESSION TWO - INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED - 6-7PM Session Two will be targeted towards our intermediate to advanced level pitchers - age does not matter, this is moreso determined based on ability and experience. This session will also be geared towards mechanics and drill work while also diving into pitch locations and offspeed/movement pitches. We will spend some time addressing the mental game and the competitive edge as well. Each session will finish up with going over how to create a pitching routine and a workout regimen that will continue their development throughout the course of the season.
