This session helps postnatal bodies heal by reconnecting abdominal layers and the pelvic floor. Visitors will see techniques designed to aid recovery for new mothers with babies under six months welcome.

Designed to aid in the healing of the postnatal body, helping the abdominal layers and pelvic floor reconnect. Babies under 6 months welcome All of the exercises are gentle, focusing on realignment and creating foundational strength and connections. You will also learn how to assess and safely work towards closing diastasis recti. Babies under 6 months (nonmobile) welcome! Bring your stroller, car seat, carrier, a blanket or no baby!
