An all-levels yoga flow incorporating breathwork, gentle nervous system support and community. All are welcome- come exactly as you are. This class will take place at the beatiful and serene May Forest State Park, overlooking the Charleston Harbor. We will gather to move and breathe together in community. This will be a very low-pressure environment, accessible to all levels. Bring a mat or towel, some water, and maybe a friend or two! I hope to see you there :)
