Get ready to sweat and have fun at the Made 2 Move X Evolve free in-person workout session! Made 2 Move X Evolve Free Workout Kickstart your college football Saturday with a free run, outdoor workout and yoga cool down. All in the Coastal Athletic Club Parking lot, 1200 Innovation Way in Mount Pleasant. Co-hosted by personal trainer Eva Hersch and physical therapist Elliot Lance, with a special cool down by Yogi Victoria Lynch. Come for the workout, stay for the community.
