SoulForge Men's Group | A Healthy Harvest

The harvest you bring is exactly what it needs to be. The season turns. The light shortens. Something in you is either ready for winter or it is not. This session of SoulForge will be a 90 minute gathering about the honest reckoning of the year. What you gathered, what you shared and how you left an impact on your community. What you gathered and left along the way will leave a larger impression than you may be led to believe, and at this session we will be discussing that over shared meals. Rhythm. Brotherhood. Honest conversations. A container for men to ask and discuss the deeper questions. What to Bring • A meal to be shared with the group and an intention behind why that meal is sacred or special to you and why you chose to share it with your community. • A DRUM or something to make RHYTHM with. • An open mind. Details Hosted at IVY Energetics Studio September 22 | 6:30pm to 8:00pm Open to all men. No experience required. This event is a non-medical wellness experience. It is not chiropractic care, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional medical or mental health services.
