Gentle, slow flow yoga class as the sun sets over the water! All levels very welcomed! Join me for a gentle, all levels, 45 minute slow flow yoga class overlooking the ocean as the sun sets! This class is all about unwinding, slowing down, and reconeccting with your breath and body. Expect a relaxed, beginner friendly flow with plenty of time to stretch and breathe deeply. This is a free, donation - based class, if you enjoy the experience and feel compelled to support, donations are always appreciated via venmo or paypal! Bring a beach towel instead of a mat, much easier to clean! Bring water, sunglasses, and maybe bug spray, you never know! Feel free to bring friends, kids, dogs, just come! IF rain is cause for cancellation everyone will be notified via eventbrite & will be posted to my IG. ALSO PARKING : Street parking as well as breach inlets lot. IOP SIDE NOT SULLYS!
