We’re excited to welcome Zaria back to Nsoromma House for another season of gentle movement, breath, rest and community care. We’re excited to welcome Zaria back to Nsoromma House for another season of gentle movement, breath, rest and community care. Beginning Thursday, August 13, we’ll gather weekly from 6:30–7:30 PM in a small, intimate class intentionally designed for people who are carrying the work of care. 🌿 Free for: Perinatal mothers and caregivers of young children 🌿 Community drop-in: A limited number of spaces are available to community members for $20 per class 🌿 Class size: Limited to 12 participants to help us maintain a comfortable and supportive space. Advance registration is required.
