🔥 CROWNED BY FIRE: A SELF-DEFENSE EXPERIENCE FOR BLACK WOMEN This is self-defense training with a relaxed sisterhood vibe. Expect music, connection, laughter, and encouragement. You'll come in maybe a little unsure, and walk out stronger, safer, and more prepared. This is about safety, but it's also about soul. "I've been through my own fire this year.
