Kay's Classroom Presents: The Village Sessions - Entrepreneurship

Come for the topic, leave with the tools. Monthly workshops for Charlotte's Black & brown community, led by local experts. Village Sessions is a monthly workshop series created for Charlotte's Black and brown community a space to learn, connect, and grow together. This event is hosted and sponsored by Kaneesha Lee, owner of Kay's Classroom Tutoring Services. Each session is led by a community member who's an expert in their field, covering a different topic every month: budgeting and finance, architecture, art, therapy and mental wellness, entrepreneurship, and education, with more topics added as the series grows. This session is led by Kala Tucker, owner of Kala Kouture. This isn't a sit-and-listen workshop. Every session is designed around a take-home tool such as a budget planner, a journal, a business plan template, an art piece, something built with your hands. We want you to leave with more than notes. Come ready to learn from people in your own community, build real skills, and walk away with a tool that supports your next step.
