Let’s make space for real talk, shared stories, and a little music! Join us for an uplifting community gathering about mental health. Event details Hosted by JAM Wellness, the First Annual On My Cycle: Mental Health Awareness Forum is a welcoming space for community, conversation, and care. We’ll talk about mental health and the menstrual cycle, the challenges people face, what we’re learning, and the positive experiences and support that deserve celebration. Jamissa AM will perform live and share new music, including “On My Cycle.” Whether you come to listen, learn, share, or enjoy the music, you'll find a seat.
