SpeakEasy and Subs

A live workshop for the woman ready to make public speaking easier. In a world run by AI, the humans who can speak still win. In a world run by AI, the humans who can speak still win. AI is writing our emails. AI is drafting our proposals. AI is generating our content and polishing our resumes. Every single one of those things is getting easier by the day. But here is what AI cannot do. It cannot walk into a boardroom and hold the attention of the person deciding your next promotion. It cannot stand on a stage and make a stranger feel seen. It cannot deliver the pitch that changes what someone thinks about you in the first ninety seconds. It cannot tell your story with the presence that turns a listener into a client, a follower into a believer, or a stranger into an opportunity. That skill… the human skill of communicating with clarity, confidence, and connection is about to become the most valuable one you can build. That is exactly what this workshop is for. SpeakEasy and Subs is a two-hour live workshop designed to make public speaking easier, even if you have never done it before, and to sharpen your voice if you have. You will leave with: • A clearer understanding of what actually makes speakers hold a room • Simple shifts you can use in your very next meeting, pitch, or introduction • Tools to speak more confidently whether you are chasing a promotion, launching a business, or stepping into a new visibility season • Real connection with other women building the same skill • A sandwich. Because we are not doing this hungry. This workshop is for you if: • You are working in corporate and want to speak up more powerfully in the rooms that decide your career • You have a dream in your heart you have never fully said out loud • You want to start a new stream of income and need to sell yourself with your voice • You have been avoiding stages, panels, or podcasts because you are not sure you are ready • You want to future-proof your career in an economy that is being reshaped by AI Your host: Dr. Samantha DeLoache is the founder of MODEL Speakers Academy and a speaker coach who has helped women across industries find the language, presence, and confidence to walk into any room and own it. Her clients have gone on to land promotions, book stages, launch podcasts, and completely rebuild the way they show up publicly. This workshop distills the foundational shifts she teaches in her private coaching into a two-hour room-based experience you can walk into as a beginner and leave from as someone who knows what to do next.
