The Hardest Mile is a charity workout benefiting Veterans Bridge Home, proudly sponsored by Burn Boot Camp QC locations. Join us on Saturday, November 14th at 8:30 AM at Myers Park High School Football Stadium. Registration Fee: $25/person The Workout: 400 Meters (1 lap) of each exercise: Burpee Broad Jump, Walking Lunges, Bear Crawl, Run This challenge can be completed solo or in teams of 2, 3, or 4. Laps are divided evenly among teammates. For example, in a team of 4, each person would complete 100m of the lap exercise before tagging the next partner. All team members will finish the final running lap together.
