YogaFit First Fridays is going inside! We’re excited to be hosting at Chosen1 Training! Start off No-Back-November strong with a cardio filled class mixed with movement and mobility to prepare for Thanksgiving! This class is beginner friendly so feel free to bring a friend and enjoy. Make sure to also bring a yoga mat to flow and water to hydrate. Hope to see you there 🤍
