Travel with us to Berlin and explore the comforting traditions of German cooking. With Chef Victoria Cosner as your guide, you will learn to prepare Königsberger Klopse, tender veal meatballs served in a caper cream sauce, alongside Reiberdatschi, crisp German potato pancakes. Join us for a hands-on evening of cooking, tasting, and learning the techniques behind these classic dishes inspired by Berlin’s culinary traditions. About the Cooking Class Experience Participants will receive a welcome glass of bubbly and enjoy a guided tour of the Pippin Gardens before venturing into the kitchen for an interactive cooking demonstration. Then, they’ll break into groups to dive into hands-on cooking, working through each recipe together. Each guest will receive two drink tickets to enjoy glasses of wine expertly paired with the evening’s cuisine. After the lesson, guests will gather in our Tasting Room for a family-style dinner to enjoy their culinary creations alongside additional dishes prepared by our kitchen team. The price of your ticket covers a $150 class fee and a 20% service charge. Please be aware that the listed price of your ticket includes all applicable sales taxes as required by law in Virginia.
