Cooking Class: Flavors of Bordeaux, France

Travel with us to Bordeaux and explore the comforting traditions of French cooking. With Chef Victoria Cosner as your guide, you will learn to prepare entrecôte à la Bordelaise, a classic grilled ribeye served with a rich red wine and bone marrow sauce. Join us for a hands-on evening of cooking, tasting, and learning the techniques behind this signature dish inspired by the flavors of Bordeaux, France. About the Cooking Class Experience Participants will receive a welcome glass of bubbly and venture into the kitchen for an interactive cooking demonstration. Then, they’ll break into groups to dive into hands-on cooking, working through each recipe together. Each guest will receive two drink tickets to enjoy glasses of wine expertly paired with the evening’s cuisine. After the lesson, guests will gather in our Tasting Room for a family-style dinner to enjoy their culinary creations alongside additional dishes prepared by our kitchen team. The price of your ticket covers a $150 class fee and a 20% service charge. Please be aware that the listed price of your ticket includes all applicable sales taxes as required by law in Virginia.
