Home For The Holidays

The holidays bring families together, making it the perfect time to have the conversations that matter most. Here’s a polished closing event description that brings your educational series full circle. Home for the Holidays The Conversation Continues The holidays bring families together, making it the perfect time to have the conversations that matter most. As the final event in the Time for the Talk educational series, Home for the Holidays is designed to help families put everything they’ve learned into action. We’re bringing back many of our previous panelists to answer your questions, provide guidance, and help you begin—or continue—the important conversations about aging, caregiving, finances, legal planning, healthcare, housing, and family wishes. Whether you’re unsure where to start or simply need trusted resources, this interactive session will give you the confidence to move forward with a plan. We’ll Discuss: • Your unanswered questions from previous sessions • How to start difficult family conversations • Reviewing your family’s care plan • Next steps for legal, financial, and healthcare planning • Community resources available to support your journey • Creating a proactive plan for the year ahead This event celebrates the progress we’ve made together while reminding us that these conversations don’t end here. We invite you to continue the journey by tuning in to our Sunday Dining Room Conversations podcast, where we’ll keep these important discussions going and bring education, encouragement, and expert insights directly into the comfort of your home. Thank you for joining us throughout the Time for the Talk series. Together, we’re changing the way families prepare for aging—one conversation at a time. Be proactive versus reactive.
