Leading with Curiosity with J.R. Briggs

As leaders, we often feel pressure to have the right answers. Yet some of the most meaningful opportunities for connection, understanding, and collaboration begin not with answers, but with better questions. Join ForCHATT for a special leadership breakfast featuring J.R. Briggs, founder of Kairos Partnerships and author of The Art of Asking Better Questions. Together, we'll explore how cultivating a posture of curiosity can deepen relationships, build trust, and foster healthier leadership. As we seek to strengthen relationships and collaboration across Chattanooga's churches, nonprofits, businesses, and civic institutions, we want to consider a simple but transformative question: What would it look like to lead with curiosity and seek first to understand one another? This gathering will create space to learn, reflect, and engage with fellow leaders as we consider how asking better questions might help us work together for the flourishing of our city. Breakfast will be provided.
