Local Founder Roundtable

Skip the pitch. Meet local business owners through shared challenges, meaningful conversations, and guided peer discussions. Local Founder Roundtable is an in-person event for local founders. Good business conversations need more context than a job title. Common Ground Chattanooga brings together a limited group of founders, business owners, and local operators for an evening built around practical conversation rather than elevator pitches or speed networking. At check-in, each guest chooses a simple Conversation Signal that describes the type of operating discussion they are most interested in. The evening then moves through: CONTEXT - hear concise lessons from local operators. EXCHANGE - discuss real operating questions at facilitated small tables. CONNECT - continue useful conversations voluntarily after the structured program. This is not a lead-generation event, referral club, recruiting session, or sales presentation. No customer, referral, partnership, contract, or business result is guaranteed
