Archery, Drum Circle & Chili Cook-Out Retreat

Get ready to chill with some archery fun, drum beats, and a tasty chili cook-out to spice up your day! We begin this retreat with Archery led by Mark VanSessen. He will teach the basics of weapons safety while offering instruction on the fundamentals of archery. Each person will get the chance to practice shooting at targets and get personalized guidance for their level of experience. After archery we will offer a chili cookout(or cook-in) depending on weather. We will share our meal together and finish the day with a community drum circle in the yurt. Please join us for this event to explore a wellness lifestyle, experience a group of people who enjoy healing foods and a build community in rhythm.
