Join Chef Tony Volpentesta, owner of Tony Cannoli in Mundelein, to learn how to make this classic Italian dessert! Owner and operator of Tony Cannoli in Mundelein, Tony “Cannoli” Volpentesta was taught in his Italian grandmother’s kitchen and is in a never-ending pursuit to make the perfect cannoli shells as vehicles for his delectable fillings. Using traditional techniques, Tony will teach you and how make and fill a cannoli. Each participant will make and take home 4 cannoli. Friday, November 13th at 10am $50 per person
