Healing with Nature Retreat

A day of healing & reconnection to our deeper purpose through nature. That's right - we've found a unique natural oasis in the heart of the Chicago! This is ideal for urban dwellers longing for a connection to the natural world, but who logistically cannot get away. There's no hassle of packing bags or an overnight stay. Wellness Practitioner & Retreat Facilitator, Stephanie Sattler guides participants in healing through reconnecting with nature. This retreat combines elements of instruction, discussion and application. Our time in community will include walking nature meditations, guided visualizations, somatic movement, art therapy, energy healing and a sound bath. Objectives: • Increase self-awareness and compassion • Draw inspiration from the wisdom of nature • Learn reflective practices that increase well-being • Connect with others and build a safe, supportive community This event is an inclusive, trauma-sensitive space, open to all persons 18+years., regardless of faith background or belief.
