Join the Center for Latino Research for the Latinx Book Club as we read and celebrate A South Side Girl’s Guide to Love & Sex: Poems, from 2026 Chicago Poet Laureate Mayda Del Valle. The first 15 attendees to join will receive a complimentary copy of the book. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend! Be sure to mark your calendars for a special author visit with Mayda Del Valle on November 4th, with further details to follow.
