Pilates and Fellowship: Session V

Join us for a soul refreshing morning to move with purpose, encounter God's presence, and build Christ centered community Step into the new season with purpose, connection and a lil sweat! This fall we're bringing back our last Pilates & Fellowship of the year - a morning designed to strengthen both body and spirit while building community with God at the center. We’ll begin with a guided Pilates Session led by Briana Orozco, designed to strengthen and stretch the body while also leaving room to breathe and be present. After class, we’ll transition into a Selah Moment. During this time, you’ll journal through guided prompts, listen for what God is saying to you through the Holy Spirit, and we'll close with group prayer. We’re so excited to have Flor De Agave with us, serving nutritional mocktails for everyone to enjoy! Come move your body, connect with community, and enjoy one more morning together before we wrap up Pilates & Fellowship for the year!
