Choosing Her Making Room for the Woman Who Wants to Live Fully So much of a woman's life can be spent responding to what needs her. Work needs something. Family needs something. Relationships need something. Children, partners, parents, responsibilities and expectations all have a way of taking their place on the list. And somewhere in the middle of managing life, caring for people, surviving difficult seasons and simply getting things done, it's possible to lose touch with a very simple question: What do I want for me? Not what should you accomplish this year. Not what needs fixing. Not who everyone else needs you to be. What makes you feel alive? What do you want to experience? What have you been postponing? What parts of yourself do you miss? What would you like more of—more joy, connection, adventure, creativity, pleasure, peace, laughter, rest, friendship or simply more time that feels like your own? January's RH | Being Her Sister Circle is an invitation to turn some of your attention back toward her—the woman living underneath all the roles and responsibilities. Because choosing her doesn't mean choosing everyone else less. It doesn't mean abandoning responsibility. It doesn't mean becoming selfish. And it doesn't require reinventing yourself simply because a new year has begun. Sometimes choosing her looks like finally saying yes. Sometimes it looks like saying no. Sometimes it's setting a boundary. Taking the trip. Making the appointment. Trying something new. Returning to something you used to love. Resting without earning it first. Letting yourself be seen. Or simply deciding that your life is something you're allowed to participate in—not just manage. This isn't about becoming a “new you.” It's about making more room for the woman who's already here—and giving her permission to live. What You Can Expect We'll gather in an intimate circle where women can share, listen, reflect, connect and simply be witnessed. Your evening may include: • Honest, compassionate conversation and sisterhood • Guided grounding and gentle restorative practices • Journaling and personal reflection • Meaningful ritual and moments of connection • Space to share, listen and be witnessed • Tea and time together • A joyful Being Her Celebration before we leave No special wellness experience is necessary. Everything is invitational. You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels most comfortable for you, and sharing is never required. Being Her means making room for all of her—the woman who is grieving, healing, changing, surviving, questioning, resting, rediscovering and becoming. RH | Being Her Sister Circles are intimate monthly gatherings centered around the real experiences women are navigating while continuing to show up for everyday life. Each month brings a different conversation. Some may meet you exactly where you are. Others may not be yours right now—and that's okay. Come for the conversation that speaks to you. Come as you are. There is room for her here. RH | Being Her Sister Circles are wellness and community-support gatherings. They are not group psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, or a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.
