The Counterpoint Theatre Launch Party

A cabaret fundraiser. Join us for the launch of Counterpoint Theatre, a new Chicago theatre company dedicated to ambitious, high-quality plays and musicals with artists at the center of the process. Celebrate the beginning of Counterpoint’s journey with an evening of performances, drinks, and good company as we introduce the artists and vision behind our new company. Your support will help us bring our first season to life and create a theatre where artists are empowered to take risks and do their best work. Come raise a glass with us as we kick off what’s next for Chicago theatre. Please be advised: The Newport Theater is up a flight of stairs with no elevator, but access to a Genesis portable mobile stairlift (rated up to 400 pounds) is available. Please email [email protected] advance of your arrival to coordinate entry and sign a waiver (required by our landlord). There are four single-stall non-gendered restrooms available onsite.
