Together Hospitality Chicago Roundtable @Cebu

Join us on October 7th for a Together Hospitality gathering at Cebu in Lakeview, where we'll dig into a Filipino breakfast spread while hearing directly from the people behind the restaurant. Cebu first opened in Wicker Park in 2019, founded by siblings Malvin, Cybill, and Marlon Tan — each bringing a different background (culinary training abroad, pastry, business) to a restaurant built around Filipino hospitality and family-style cooking. The name comes from the province the family calls home, and that sense of welcome carries through the space and the menu. We're excited to hear the Tans talk about building a family business, adapting classic Filipino dishes for Chicago, and what's next — all over delicious bites. Come hungry and ready to ask questions.
