Join Merit School of Music’s Wind Symphony for a free Halloween-themed sensory-friendly concert! Audience members are invited to move, dance, make noise, or partake in any way that helps them to enjoy the music. Families and those with sensory processing sensitivities welcome. Join us at Merit for this FREE concert: • Hear familiar film score favorites from Merit’s Wind Symphony 🎷 • Experience a sensory-friendly style concert where the audience is encouraged to move around, make noise, take breaks, clap along, and more 👏 • Enjoy sensory supports provided by Merit, including headphones, earplugs, and fidget toys 🎧 • Children and adults of all ages and abilities welcome 😊 • Celebrate neurodiversity at a performance that is made for everybody to enjoy ✨ • Awesome opportunity for any child’s FIRST concert 🎵 • Goodie bags are included with your ticket! 🎃 • Halloween costumes encouraged! Doors open at 10:15am. Parking Merit’s parking lot is reserved for faculty and staff only. Parking options for parents, students, and other visitors include metered street parking as well as nearby paid public parking lots. SpotHero is a great option for finding a convenient parking spot.
