Beginner Aerial Class

We're trying something new together with a beginner aerial class at Hello Sunshine Yoga! My friend Bruna will be teaching us the basics of aerial silks! If you've never heard of it, aerial silks uses fabric suspended from the ceiling to do different stretches, poses, and tricks. We'll start with some stretching using the silks before learning a few beginner aerial tricks! This is a private class just for Foray Cincy, so we'll all be learning and trying something new together. No experience needed! Just come ready to try something new together and have a fun, lighthearted time! A few things to know: • Class is limited to 12 women. • Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in. • You'll need to sign a waiver when you arrive. • Bring a Water Bottle! • No aerial experience is needed!
