Connecting with Ancestors

Come experience the rootedness, connection, and belonging that can come by connecting with your ancestors! Spiritual connection with our ancestors and origins is an essential aspect of being human. Ancestral spiritual connection can be a great source of inspiration, belonging, and support. We all have an innate connection with ancestors and origins but sometimes we forget or lose touch with that sense of connection. Modern life and our contemporary culture have a tendency to diminish, obscure, or even deny this sense of connection. This workshop will explore some of the basics of our human connection with ancestors and offer practices and experiences to develop and experience this sense of connection.
