Don't miss out on this free, fun Mahj day‼️ Join us for an afternoon of Free Mahjong Open Play at Sonder Brewing Mason on Friday, Sept 18th 11am-2pm! 🔸️This Registration is ONLY for those wanting to play 4-person Mahjong at one of the 13 square tables with a set included. **If you have a set to bring and want to play Siamese then you do not need to register...just come and join us for an afternoon of free open play in a great venue! If you want to learn the differences between Siamese and 4-Person, I will be happy to show you. Then you can also join us for Siamese Second Thursdays, too! 🔸️We usually patronize Sonder, for letting us use their great space, by grabbing something to eat or drink first, and then get into gameplay, but if you'd like to play first, that's fine, too. They have a great lunch special that includes a drink for only $10‼️They do open at 11:00 for any early birds We'll have some prizes for Mahj's starting at Noon to allow everyone to get there, get set up and/or eat and drink first before play. We play by NMJL rules and use the 2026 NMJL Card for American Mahjong. All sets that are included at each table will have traditional symbols on them. 🔸️Beginners are welcome, but should know NMJL Rules, have played a few games with other people before, and generally be comfortable playing, as there will not be an instructor at this event. You do not have to be an expert and we'll have a couple of slower tables. You might even meet people from your area to get an at-home game going. Grab your friends or make some new ones!
