RockBox Fitness Symmes Township is celebrating our Grand Ree-Opening with free class opportunities from September 27–October 3! Whether you’re completely new to RockBox or a previous member ready to come back, we would love to welcome you into the studio. RockBox Fitness offers high-energy, 50-minute workouts that combine boxing, kickboxing, and functional strength training. You’ll work at your own bag with guidance from a coach, half the class torching calories on the bags, half building strength—there’s no sparring or physical contact. Every workout can be modified, making RockBox welcoming for beginners and experienced athletes alike. RESERVE YOUR FREE CLASS HERE Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled class so our team can help you get ready with a mini boxing lesson, complimentary in-body scan, & studio tour. No boxing experience is necessary, wraps & gloves will be provided. Classes are limited to 40 participants, and spots may fill quickly. Advance registration is strongly encouraged to guarantee your place. Walk-ins can only be accommodated if space remains.
