Please read below for contest details. $10,000 HOLE-IN-ONE CHALLENGE Official Contest Rules & Eligibility Requirements Event: Another Nine – Deerfield Township Grand Opening Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026 Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM Location: Another Nine – Liberty Deerfield, Deerfield Township, Ohio Sponsor: SVG Liberty, LLC d/b/a Another Nine – Deerfield Township Prize: $10,000 Cash NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. 1. Contest Overview SVG Liberty, LLC, doing business as Another Nine – Deerfield Township ("Another Nine" or "Sponsor"), is hosting a promotional Hole-in-One Challenge as part of its Grand Opening Celebration on November 7 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. One (1) cash prize of $10,000 is available to an eligible participant who successfully records a hole-in-one on the designated golf simulator hole, subject to these Official Rules. A maximum of 150 contestants may participate. Each eligible contestant is permitted one (1) official shot. A maximum of one (1) $10,000 prize will be awarded. Participation is free and subject to availability, completion of registration requirements, and acceptance of these Official Rules. 2. Eligibility Requirements The contest is open to individuals who satisfy all eligibility requirements established by Sponsor and its promotional prize reimbursement provider. The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate: • Any current or former professional or semi-professional golfer, or coach who has played or coached at the professional or semi-professional level, anywhere in the world. • Any current or former college or Olympic golfer or coach who has played or coached at the college or Olympic level, anywhere in the world. • Any current or former employee, family member, agent, successor, or assignee of the sponsoring entity or any promotional agency involved with the contest. Contestants must be at least sixteen (16) years of age on November 7, 2026, to participate in the Hole-in-One Challenge. Contestants who are sixteen (16) or seventeen (17) years of age must obtain written consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating. Individuals under sixteen (16) years of age are not eligible to participate under any circumstances. Each contestant must personally participate and may not transfer their opportunity to another individual or designate a substitute. Each contestant must complete and sign the Contestant Agreement, Eligibility Certification & Media Release before participating. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify anyone who fails to satisfy the applicable requirements or provides false or misleading information. 3. Contest Procedures Each properly registered and eligible contestant will be permitted one (1) official attempt on a predesignated Trackman simulator hole. The designated hole will be configured for a minimum distance of 150 yards from the tee to the flagstick, as measured by the simulator software. The contest will use a Trackman iO simulator running TPS 10.4 software, with a regulation golf ball, standard golf club, and required contest settings. No practice shots, warm-up shots, qualifying shots, mulligans, second attempts, or substitute shots will be permitted after notification of participation and before the contestant's official prize attempt. The contestant's first officially recorded shot must result in a hole-in-one, as confirmed by the simulator display and designated contest witnesses, to qualify for the cash prize. 4. Prize and Winner Verification One (1) $10,000 cash prize is available. The maximum aggregate prize award is $10,000. All potentially winning attempts are subject to verification of contestant eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, simulator records, continuous video documentation, and confirmation by designated contest witnesses. A potentially winning contestant must cooperate with reasonable verification and documentation requirements, including providing a signed winner affidavit and information necessary for prize administration and applicable tax reporting. The prize will not be awarded for an attempt that fails to satisfy the contest requirements. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with receiving the prize. 5. Photography, Video Recording, and Promotional Use The contest will be photographed and video recorded, including participants' golf swings, the simulator display, and surrounding contest activities. By signing the Contestant Agreement & Media Release, each participant grants Sponsor and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, record, reproduce, publish, distribute, and use the participant's name, image, likeness, voice, and statements in connection with contest administration, event coverage, advertising, publicity, social media, and promotional activities without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any winner also grants Interactive Promotions Group (IP Group) the right to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation. 6. Contest Integrity and Conduct Sponsor may disqualify any contestant who tampers with equipment, attempts to circumvent the contest rules, uses prohibited assistance, interferes with another contestant, or otherwise engages in conduct that compromises contest integrity. No contestant may participate more than once. Sponsor may suspend or terminate the contest if equipment failure, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the contest from being conducted fairly, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. 7. Administration and Disputes Sponsor's determinations concerning compliance with the Official Rules, contest administration, and verification of qualifying shots will be made in good faith, subject to applicable law. Participation does not create any contractual relationship between contestants and Interactive Promotions Group (IP Group), which provides prize reimbursement services to Sponsor but does not administer the contest.
