Holding Space: Community Yoga Gathering

A free, gentle yoga gathering for women navigating infertility or pregnancy, infant, and child loss. Join Morgan Price Wellness and Bari Baby for Holding Space: A Community Yoga Gathering, a morning of mindful movement, connection, and community. In recognition of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, we’re coming together to create a supportive space where women can feel seen, supported, and connected. We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels 45-minute yoga flow, followed by time for connection with other women in our community. Whether you’re navigating fertility challenges, grieving a loss, or simply looking for a space where your experience is understood, you’re welcome here. There’s no pressure to share your story. Come exactly as you are. You’re welcome to come on your own or invite a friend or someone who has supported you along your journey.
