Exploring West African culture through dance and movement from Senegal, Mali, Guinea. Also tapping into our waistlines with Caribbean dance. Join instructor Fatoumata Sylla for Friday evening fitness class through dance! We will move our bodies to live drumming every other Friday. And we will wine our waist to the rhythm of the Caribbean. All levels welcom! judge free zone Special guest artist And a chance to experience different cultures through dance song and clothing. Let's Move!
