Co-create a floor mandala. Drink ceremonial cacao. Chant. Sing. Listen to Kirtan. Rest your body in a restorative yoga class with Yoga Nidra Sunday, December 20th from 1-6pm The Winter Solstice is a time to honor the balance of light and dark within us and around us. On this first day of winter, we embrace the cold by lighting up from within. Join us in celebrating the return to the light and honoring the dark. Spend your afternoon at Moon Bridge Yoga practicing personal and communal rituals to honor the advent of winter. Rituals: • Set your intentions for the changing season. • Manifest your vision for 2027. • Co-create a mandala using natural materials. • Guide your life force with breath work. • Drink the medicine of cacao. • Chant. Sing. Listen. • Cocoon yourself in a restorative yoga practice. • Open to sensory awareness with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation. • Feed your body. Fuel your soul. • Connect with yourself; commune with others. Mini Day Retreat Schedule: 1-2pm: Mandala Creation 2-4pm: Kirtan and Cacao 4-5pm: Moonrise Rest 5-6pm: Winter Solstice Feast Price: $100
